Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism? Let’s Play N Grow, a family-founded autism center, is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide play-based ABA therapy to help children learn, grow, and thrive.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized care through play-based ABA therapy that embraces each child’s strengths and helps them grow to their full potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with children with autism, providing one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Use play-based strategies to help children develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record accurate data on the progress of each child to inform future treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support a consistent approach to therapy both at home and in the center.
• Help create a positive, fun, and engaging environment where children feel happy and motivated to attend their sessions.

Who You Are:

• An enthusiastic and patient individual with a passion for working with children, especially those with autism.
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years of experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified, or willing to undergo training to become certified (we provide the necessary training).
• Eager to learn and grow in the field of ABA therapy and work as part of a supportive team.
• Compassionate, energetic, and ready to help children grow and succeed through individualized, play-based therapy.
• Comfortable working under the supervision of BCBAs and collaborating with a team to deliver the highest quality care.
