How It Works

Enrichment Opportunities Throughout ABA
Throughout their ABA experience, children are given opportunities to engage in a variety of enrichment activities designed to promote creativity, curiosity, and confidence. These experiences are intentionally embedded within each child’s individualized programming to encourage engagement, communication, and the joyful discovery of new interests.

Currently, children participating in our Early Talent Exploration Program have opportunities to experience music therapy, where rhythm, sound, and movement are used to build connection, attention, and emotional expression. As the program continues to grow, we’re excited to expand enrichment opportunities in 2026 to include areas such as movement, art, technology-based exploration, and problem-solving activities, each thoughtfully designed to complement every child’s developmental goals and highlight their unique strengths.

Exposure & Discovery
Each enrichment opportunity is built around the principles of ABA and Natural Environment Teaching (NET), allowing children to explore freely while our team
observes engagement, identifies motivators, and builds on emerging strengths. By connecting play with purpose, we help children practice flexibility, social interaction, and communication in meaningful, natural contexts.

Collaborative Team Approach
Our ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy teams collaborate closely throughout the program, observing, supporting, and collecting data on communication, engagement, and emerging talents. This multidisciplinary approach ensures that each child’s exploration aligns with their individualized goals, communication profile, and sensory needs while also promoting generalization across settings and people.

ETEP™ is designed to grow with our children. We start small, learn from each experience, and adjust as we discover what truly sparks a child’s curiosity and joy. Each success, no matter how small, helps build a foundation of confidence, connection, and independence.
