Meet Taylor Pike, Our Director of Clinical and Operational Strategy!
Hey there! I’m Taylor Pike, the Director of Clinical and Operational Strategy at Let’s Play N Grow, and I’m so excited to be part of this incredible team. I’ve been a BCBA for six years and in the ABA field for nearly eight, but my passion for working with children started long before that. I earned my master’s from Texas State and my undergrad in speech pathology and child development, and I’ve spent the last five years in leadership, helping create meaningful, high-quality support for children and families.
I’m all about making a real difference—not just in the therapy room, but in the lives of entire families. Some of my biggest passions include client safety (especially around water and at home), parent and caregiver training (because confidence at home leads to big wins for kids!), and communication support (whether it’s through AAC devices or other tools, every child deserves a voice).
At Let’s Play N Grow, we’re building a space where kids feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. I can’t wait to meet your family and be part of your child’s journey!

Meet Caraline Means, Our Dallas Clinical Director!
Hi everyone! I’m Caraline, Clinical Director and BCBA at Let’s Play N Grow! I first entered the world of ABA in 2016 and quickly knew I’d found the work I was meant to do. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting incredible kids and families across both home and clinic settings—and each one has shaped the way I practice.
I’m passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care and building strong, compassionate relationships that honor each child’s unique way of experiencing the world. My clinical focus includes empowering kids in learning how to safely express their feelings, advocate for themselves, and navigate tough moments in ways that feel right for them. I also love teaching safety skills that support greater independence, confidence, and peace of mind for families.
Outside of the clinic, I love spending time with my people, getting lost in a good book, tending to my houseplants, cycling through my carefully curated Spotify playlists, or rewatching Golden Girls for the hundredth time.
I’m so grateful to be part of this amazing team and can’t wait to keep playing and growing right alongside our little learners!

Meet Jillian Jones, Our Speech-Language Pathologist!
Hi! I’m Jillian Jones, the Speech-Language Pathologist at Let’s Play N Grow! I have over five years of experience working in a variety of settings, including schools, home health, and multiple ABA clinics. My passion for the field continues to grow as I see the direct impact speech therapy can have on each child’s growth and development.
I am passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships across disciplines to ensure we are all working toward the same goal – best supporting children and their families. My clinical focus includes neurodivergent language development, early and emerging language, and the use of Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC). My therapy approach is neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, and evidence-based. I believe speech therapy goes beyond developing speech and language skills – it begins with supporting sensory regulation, building strong and trusted connections, and honoring all forms of communication.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, going for long runs, volunteering with Young Life Capernaum, and playing with my nieces and nephews. I am so grateful to be part of the Let’s Play N Grow team and feel honored to support your child in reaching their fullest potential!
