Hi everyone! I’m Caraline, Clinical Director and BCBA at Let’s Play N Grow! I first entered the world of ABA in 2016 and quickly knew I’d found the work I was meant to do. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting incredible kids and families across both home and clinic settings—and each one has shaped the way I practice.
I’m passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care and building strong, compassionate relationships that honor each child’s unique way of experiencing the world. My clinical focus includes empowering kids in learning how to safely express their feelings, advocate for themselves, and navigate tough moments in ways that feel right for them. I also love teaching safety skills that support greater independence, confidence, and peace of mind for families.
Outside of the clinic, I love spending time with my people, getting lost in a good book, tending to my houseplants, cycling through my carefully curated Spotify playlists, or rewatching Golden Girls for the hundredth time.
I’m so grateful to be part of this amazing team and can’t wait to keep playing and growing right alongside our little learners!
Hi everyone! I’m Allie, the Farmers Branch Clinical Director and a BCBA at Let’s Play N Grow, and I’m so excited to be part of this team. I’ve worked in the ABA field across home, clinic, school, and community settings, supporting children and families in building meaningful skills that show up in everyday life and carry across real-world systems and settings. I was drawn to this field through a deep commitment to expanding access to high-quality services in underserved communities, and that continues to guide the way I approach both clinical work and team support. I care deeply about helping children learn to express their needs, preferences, and boundaries in ways that are usable in real-life settings and support long-term independence. I can’t wait to work alongside our families and staff at Let’s Play N Grow!
Hi y’all! My name is McKenzie, the Director of Team Success at Let’s Play N Grow! I graduated from Texas A&M University (gig ‘em!) with a B.S. in Allied Health and a minor in Psychology, and have been working in the field of ABA ever since! I always knew I wanted to work in the healthcare field, specifically with kids. A child’s kindness, curiosity, and optimism are constant reminders to never stop looking for the little joys in life! I feel so grateful to be a part of this field, where we get to support families, advocate for the community, and set clients up for success. Throughout my years in ABA, I came to realize I also have a love for teaching others about the field and about the impact that compassionate care can have. Whether it’s seeing a client communicate their needs and feelings, or a therapist passing their RBT exam, I feel such pride seeing those around me meeting their goals. Outside of work, you might find me listening to live music, sitting on patios with friends, reading, painting signs, doing calligraphy, or spending time with my family! I am so excited to be a part of this team! I want to make sure everyone feels they have a voice and knows there will always be someone who is happy to listen!
Hi, I’m Daniella! I’m originally from Tampa, Florida, and moved to Dallas about two years ago. That’s also when I began my journey in ABA—and I instantly fell in love with the work we do.
Supporting children and families has always been a passion of mine, whether through babysitting, mentoring, or helping navigate challenging behaviors. I’m so excited to continue growing in this field and to help every kiddo I work with learn, thrive, and reach their full potential.
Hello! I am Bianca a BCBA at Let’s Play n Grow-Farmer’s Branch! I have been in the field of ABA since 2018 and a BCBA for the past 3 years. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and my Master’s in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
I have a passion for supporting children and families through neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practices. My clinical practice focuses on empowering caregivers, building confidence in both parents and children, and helping learners thrive in their communities. I especially love teaching functional communication, fostering learner readiness, and supporting children in building meaningful relationships.
What drives me most is helping kids feel seen, heard, and capable. I believe in meeting each learner where they are, celebrating progress at any milestone, and creating an environment where growth feels natural and fun. Outside of work, I love traveling, attending live music events, and learning new languages!
Hi! I’m Camron Constant, a BCBA at our Dallas location. I always knew I wanted to work with kids, but when I found ABA in 2019, I was hooked. There is nothing better than watching a child advocate for themselves for the first time or build the confidence to try something new. Those moments are what make this work so special to me.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children and families in clinics, homes, schools, and out in the community. Each setting has taught me something different and helped shape the BCBA I am today. As much as I love watching my clients learn and grow, I’m constantly learning from them too.
I’m also passionate about supporting the people I work alongside. I want my clients, their families, and my team to know that I’m in their corner. I’m so grateful to be part of Let’s Play N Grow, where putting kids first isn’t just something we say. It truly guides the work we do every day.
I’m excited to keep growing here and to support even more children and families along the way!
Hi! I’m Kelsey, a Senior BCBA at Let’s Play n Grow. I’ve been working in the field of ABA since 2017 and Special Education since 2013. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Special Education, with a certificate in ABA.
I’m passionate about creating supportive, meaningful, and individualized learning experiences for each child. I believe in meeting children where they are, celebrating their unique strengths, and using play-based, child-led approaches to promote growth and confidence. I also love empowering families and making them feel supported every step of the way. My clinical focus includes family collaboration, building self-advocacy and communication skills, and fostering independence in everyday routines.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with family and friends. I am so excited to be a part of Let’s Play n Grow!
Hi! I’m Jillian Jones, the Speech-Language Pathologist at Let’s Play N Grow! I have over five years of experience working in a variety of settings, including schools, home health, and multiple ABA clinics. My passion for the field continues to grow as I see the direct impact speech therapy can have on each child’s growth and development.
I am passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships across disciplines to ensure we are all working toward the same goal – best supporting children and their families. My clinical focus includes neurodivergent language development, early and emerging language, and the use of Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC). My therapy approach is neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, and evidence-based. I believe speech therapy goes beyond developing speech and language skills – it begins with supporting sensory regulation, building strong and trusted connections, and honoring all forms of communication.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, going for long runs, volunteering with Young Life Capernaum, and playing with my nieces and nephews. I am so grateful to be part of the Let’s Play N Grow team and feel honored to support your child in reaching their fullest potential!
Hi, my name is Tomi! I have been working with children for nearly my entire life, from babysitting as a teenager to my current role as a BCBA. I have always had a special place in my heart for supporting children and their families. I discovered the field of ABA somewhat serendipitously, and I have been passionate about it ever since.
What I love most about my work is helping children develop meaningful, lifelong skills that promote independence and improve quality of life for both children and their families. Being able to support that growth and celebrate each child’s progress is incredibly meaningful to me.
Outside of work, I love to read. There are books tucked into nearly every corner of my apartment! I also enjoy dancing, going to the gym, listening to music, and traveling.
Hello everyone! My name is Taylor Marando, and I am a BCBA at Let’s Play N Grow! I began my journey in ABA in 2019 after earning my Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Child Life. While searching for my long-term career, I discovered ABA as an RBT, quickly fell in love with the field, and became a BCBA in 2022.
I have worked with children for over 20 years and have had the privilege of supporting children and families from many different backgrounds. These experiences have shaped my approach to providing compassionate, individualized, and meaningful care. I believe every child and family deserves support in a safe, encouraging environment where they can thrive. My greatest joy comes from celebrating each child’s progress, no matter how big or small, and helping caregivers feel confident in supporting their child’s growth.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 12 years and our three dogs. I’m also a big fan of anime and video games, and my husband and I love traveling abroad and trying new restaurants together
